Transparent pricing
One platform.
Three domains.
Replace five vendors.
OccuSpan is built for ANZ employers with 100 or more staff in high-risk industries — mining, construction, transport, healthcare, and manufacturing. Indicative annual pricing is shown below. Exact quotes are confirmed at demo.
You can no longer start a new People at Work (PAW) survey — the new-survey window has closed. All PAW data access ends 2 October 2026. And from 1 July 2026, NSW codes of practice — including the psychosocial code — are enforceable compliance benchmarks (s26A, WHS Act 2011 NSW). Allow 6–8 weeks for OccuSpan onboarding and your first COPSOQ III cycle. Book now →

The consolidation case
Most ANZ employers pay five vendors for what OccuSpan delivers in one
Enterprise OHS in Australia is fragmented by design — each vendor solves one slice of the problem. OccuSpan is built on a single data foundation (the Job Task Analysis job role profile) that connects clinical assessments, psychosocial surveys, and population health reporting without re-entry or reconciliation.
Injury management
Solv, Carelever
Psychosocial surveys
FlourishDx, Culture Amp, PAW
Clinical OHS software
Cority, Medgate, OHASys
Population health

Included in every tier
The Job Task Analysis data foundation — your single source of clinical truth
Job Task Analysis
Every clinical module — PES, manual handling, ergonomics, RTW, work hardening — reads from the Job Task Analysis job role profile. One document, signed by a clinician, pre-fills all downstream assessments. No re-entry. No reconciliation.
Role-based access controls
OHS clinicians, health managers, line managers, and workers each see only what they need. Line managers cannot access individual psychosocial scores. Workers access their own records via Janet. Enforced at the database layer — not just the UI.
ANZ data residency — Sydney
All data hosted in Sydney (ap-southeast-2). No health or worker data transits outside Australia. ISO 27001-aligned infrastructure with full audit logging. Data Processing Agreements (DPA) provided at no charge for procurement review.

Common questions
Pricing and procurement FAQ
How is OccuSpan priced — PEPM, seat-based, or flat fee?
OccuSpan is priced as an annual platform licence with module-based tiers, not a per-seat subscription. The indicative ranges shown reflect typical workforce sizes within each tier. Exact pricing is confirmed during the demo based on your workforce size, industry, and module selection. Most clients in the 300–999 band pay the equivalent of $6–$10 per employee per month — significantly less than maintaining three to five separate vendor contracts.
Is there a setup or implementation fee on top of the annual licence?
Foundation and Professional tiers include onboarding, data configuration, and clinician training at no additional charge. Enterprise implementations — particularly those involving HRIS API integration, data migration from legacy IMS systems, or Kinetisense integration — are scoped separately. We will quote this clearly before any engagement.
Where is our data stored? Is it in Australia?
All OccuSpan data is hosted in Supabase's Sydney (ap-southeast-2) region. No health or worker data transits outside Australia. This is a firm architecture decision — not a configuration option — so you can represent ANZ data residency to your board and legal team with confidence.
What about ISO 27001?
OccuSpan is built on ISO 27001-aligned infrastructure. Our security architecture includes row-level security (RLS) on every data table, role-based access controls enforced at the database layer, admin client isolation, and full audit logging. We can provide a security architecture overview and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) as part of your procurement review. Formal certification is on the roadmap — contact us for the current status.
Can we start with one domain and expand later?
Yes. Most clients onboard with Clinical Intelligence (Job Task Analysis, PES, RTW) first — this takes 4–6 weeks — then add Psychosocial Intelligence for COPSOQ III surveys in a second phase. Population Health reporting typically activates 6–12 months in, once sufficient longitudinal data has accumulated. There is no penalty for staged activation.
We are currently using People at Work (PAW). Can we migrate?
OccuSpan is the direct clinical replacement for PAW. COPSOQ III with Rahimi et al. (2025) Australian normative benchmarks gives you comparable statistical power with richer hazard-level output and an ISO 45003:2021-aligned program plan generated automatically from results. You can no longer start a new PAW survey — the new-survey window closed on 1 July 2026 — and all PAW data access ends on 2 October 2026. Allow 6–8 weeks for onboarding plus your first COPSOQ III survey cycle. Book a demo now to meet the deadline.
Do you offer a minimum contract term?
Annual contracts are standard. Multi-year agreements (2–3 years) attract a 10–15% discount and are common with enterprise clients in mining and construction who need pricing certainty across project lifecycles.
We are an OHS service provider, not an employer — can we use OccuSpan for our clients?
Yes. The Enterprise tier supports a white-label portal and multi-tenant org structure, allowing OHS clinics and service providers to manage multiple employer accounts from a single console. Contact enterprise sales for a service-provider-specific quote.
